SPECIALTY FRAMES

STEEL INSERT FRAMES

	Insert frames (angle iron frames) are designed to save the contractor or the property manager time and money by not having to replace the existing frames.
	Our steel insert frames are fabricated from three sections of 8 gauge steel flats, which are then bent into "L" shaped angles. These sections are then welded together at the corners to form a "Jamb".
	Our insert frames are drilled and tapped to receive hinges and lock sets.
	Doors are pre-hung into the new insert frame where it can be quickly installed inside the existing frame.
	This new frame can be easily leveled and squared and permanently secured into place.

 

KALAMEIN FRAMES (KF)

	Kalamein frames are designed for the contractor who might need a frame which can be easily mounted flush within a wall opening.
	Kalamein frames can be fastened within an opening without having to pour cement. They are simply predrilled, then fastened into place.
	Kalamein frames are made of solid, kiln dried white pine lumber which is then covered with not less than 26 gauge steel.
	Frames are welded at corners to added strength.
	Frames are mortised to receive hinges and lock sets.
	Spreaders are nailed in place for accurate fitting.
	Can be fabricated within (1) week.
	All exposed surfaces are clean of impurities and finished with one coat of metallic primer.
