Kalamein panel doors have wood stiles and rails, covered
with not less than 26 gauge sheet steel, which are then
drawn through steel dies to insure tightiness to the cores. |

Kalamein panels are composed of 3/8" sheetrock cores,
covered with not less than 26 gauge sheet steel on both
sides and glued under pressure. |

Steel panel molding are then nailed in place to meet
labeling
requirement for panel doors. |

Doors can also be made flush/panel for vandal resistance. |

All doors are glued under pressure to avoid warping. |
